Welcome to Silverbackk Monstertainment. By purchasing, downloading, or using any beat or service from our website/store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All beats and audio compositions are the sole property of Silverbackk Monstertainment. Unless a custom exclusive agreement is signed, you are only purchasing a limited-use license to use the beat(s) under specific terms outlined in your lease agreement (Basic, Premium, or Unlimited).

You may not:

  • Claim the beat as your own production.

  • Sell, lease, or redistribute the beat in its original form.

  • Alter or reverse-engineer the beat for resale.

2. License Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a license (not ownership) to use the beat according to the rights in your selected license tier:

  • Basic License – Personal use, small-scale streaming

  • Premium License – Monetized projects, music videos

  • Unlimited License – Unlimited commercial use

Each license includes specific rights, delivery formats, and usage limits. Violating your license terms may result in license termination and legal action.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment is required in full before delivery of any digital product.

4. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Because of the instant and downloadable nature of digital products, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Delivery of Goods

All beats and license documents are delivered via direct download after payment is completed. If you experience a problem with delivery, contact us at silverbackkmonstertainment@gmail.com within 24 hours.

6. Copyright Claims & Disputes

Using our beats outside the terms of your lease (e.g., unauthorized YouTube monetization or commercial use without a valid license) may result in copyright claims or takedown notices. We enforce our rights through legal means when necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

Silverbackk Monstertainment is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of our beats. All products are provided as-is, without warranties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site or products after changes implies acceptance.
